Responsibilities:
- Own and operates finance process such as (but not limited to) accounts payable and T&E, with potential expansion to GL.
- Majority of the work will be around account payables and T&E, including invoice/claim processing, validation, reconciliation, issue resolution, hardcopy archiving.
- Drive process improvement and be part of new system implementation.
- Ensure good internal controls are in place including compliance to the group’s SOP, policies & local tax regulations.
- Ensure Service Level Agreement’s (SLA) requirements are met for our stakeholder, with periodic result reporting for further process improvement.
- Provide support to ad-hoc tasks.
Key requirement:
- Degree in accounting
- With 1-3 years AP/T&E/finance related work experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- A strong team player with good communication skills, fluent in English.

Contract length: 12 months
Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
