Administration

  • Daily departmental general work coordination & administration
  • Compile and record data, maintain files of documents used and filing job
  • To provide secretarial and administrative support in the absence of PA
  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes, often corresponding on behalf of the Company
  • Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office.
  • Supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits as applicable.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
  • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
  • Government Liaison; renew permit, arrange fomema, manage foreign workers, etc
  • Any ad-hoc task assigned by Superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Seberang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
