Job Summary

As a Client Experience Navigation Team (CENT) Admin, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CENT team in achieving its goals of improving customer satisfaction, growth, and retention. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services, and providing proactive customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CENT team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Update client account information in our CRM system and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and data analysis to help the client success team make informed decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in our CENT processes and provide suggestions for implementing them.
  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to develop and implement CENT strategies.
  • Support the CENT team in other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems is required.

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00
