Main Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to walk in, phone in, text in and live chat customer
- Provide Insight recommendation to customers
- Prepare quotation for enquiry including air ticket, tour, cruise and insurance
- In charge of operations include booking and confirmation, and issue voucher
Experience & Skills:
- Computer skills for GDS System, OB system and Microsoft Office
- General Cruise and F.I.T Knowledge
- Hands-on experience in worldwide air-ticketing and customized travel
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong follow up skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in handling both homeport cruise and fly-cruise sales
