Cruise Specialist [Singapore]


 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to walk in, phone in, text in and live chat customer
  • Provide Insight recommendation to customers
  • Prepare quotation for enquiry including air ticket, tour, cruise and insurance
  • In charge of operations include booking and confirmation, and issue voucher


Experience & Skills:

  • Computer skills for GDS System, OB system and Microsoft Office
  • General Cruise and F.I.T Knowledge
  • Hands-on experience in worldwide air-ticketing and customized travel
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Strong follow up skills
  • Minimum 2 years experience in handling both homeport cruise and fly-cruise sales
