Zijin is a China-based multinational mining companies. Currently we are looking for a gold jewellery processing factory director for our plant in Tajikistan.
Responsibilities
1. Develop production and sales management plans, measures and programs for the factory;
2. Responsible for the development of indicators for karat gold design, processing and sales;
3. Optimizing each process control index and reducing production cost;
4. Responsible for organization reform and technical innovations;
5. Organizing training for production safety, environmental protection, fire fighting and environmental order;
6. Responsible for policy and plan making including safety, technical training and other aspects related to the day to day work of the factory; organizing training according to the plan;
7. Responsible for the planning and auditing of production equipment and materials, etc.
Requirements and Skills
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, majoring in gold processing;
2. More than 8 years of experience in Karat gold and pure gold processing related industries, familiar with Karat gold and pure gold production equipment, process flow and management, familiar with the use of office software, strong sense of responsibility;
3. Able to adapt to long-term offshore work, strong learning ability, expression ability, communication ability, strong team consciousness.
Fluent in Chinese, Russian or English can be used as work language.
