This is one of the well-known foreign banks in Hong Kong with strong present at corporate banking around the globe. They are looking for an IT Project Manager with experience in managing project implementation to join their planning & control team.
Role Responsibilities
- You will develop and maintain project plans and monitor the project implementation
- Monitor the project progress and report to line manager and other stakeholders regularly
- Coordinate project meetings
- Perform internal IT governance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identify and tackle project risks and prepare for contingency plan
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure project plans align with organizational goals and objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With PMP certification
- At least 3 years of project management and system analysis work experience
- Good team player, self-motivated, independent, good communication skills and positive working attitude.
- Experience in banking infrastructure, HKMA and cybersecurity will be advantageous
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Skills in writing proposals and reports are required
