Job Description: Data Analyst for NOC (Network Operations Center) As a Data Analyst for NOC, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to network operations and performance. You will work closely with the Network Operations Center team to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and provide insights that contribute to the smooth functioning of the network infrastructure. Your analytical skills and expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal network performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: 1. Data Collection: Gather relevant data from various sources such as network monitoring tools, log files, databases, and other systems used in the NOC. 2. Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret collected data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that may impact network performance and operations. 3. Performance Monitoring: Monitor network performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to proactively identify potential issues and take necessary actions. 4. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the NOC team to investigate and troubleshoot network-related issues, analyzing data to pinpoint root causes and propose appropriate solutions. 5. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare clear and concise reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate data insights and findings to stakeholders, including management and technical teams. 6.
