Software Development: Directs, leads, and manages the technical activities of a software development function for software systems, applications and/or software quality assurance. Systems Design: Directs, leads, and manages the technical activities of an integrated hardware/software systems design function.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8 - 10 years of related experience and 5+ years in mgmt. An advanced degree preferred.
