MAYDAY is excited to be partnered with a Global Insurer that is looking for Customer Service Superstars for its growing team! We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Professionals to join a supportive organisation with great progression opportunities.
The role overview:
- Location - Stunning corporate offices in North Sydney, right next to the train station!
- Working hours - Monday- Friday, Standard Business Hours, NO demand to stay late or work weekends EVER.

- Excellent Salary: $65,000 plus superannuation

- Take varied inbound customer service queries relating to insurance and claims
- Manage and resolve premium customers' inquiries and ensure an exceptional client experience
- Provide accurate and timely information in regards to policies
- Deliver a personalised service
- High attention to detail
- Experience working in banking and finance or insurance is preferable
- Ideally 6-12 months' customer service or call centre experience
- Positive can-do attitude and willing to learn
