MAYDAY is excited to be partnered with a Global Insurer that is looking for Customer Service Superstars for its growing team! We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Professionals to join a supportive organisation with great progression opportunities.

The role overview:
  • Location - Stunning corporate offices in North Sydney, right next to the train station!
  • Working hours - Monday- Friday, Standard Business Hours, NO demand to stay late or work weekends EVER.
  • Growth - Throughout the role you will have continued training and development. Working for a global brand you will also have structured progression opportunities.
  • Team - Although you are working for a global company you will be working with a collaborative team, who hold monthly social activities.
  • Management - you will learn from the best, working for a motivating and genuinely supportive management team.
  • Start Date - Beginning of June, can accommodate notice periods

The role:
  • Take varied inbound customer service queries relating to insurance and claims
  • Manage and resolve premium customers' inquiries and ensure an exceptional client experience
  • Provide accurate and timely information in regards to policies
  • Deliver a personalised service
Experience needed:
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience working in banking and finance or insurance is preferable
  • Ideally 6-12 months' customer service or call centre experience
  • Positive can-do attitude and willing to learn
