Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain and organize office filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring documents are properly labeled and stored.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Manage office supplies inventory, order replenishments, and ensure proper storage and distribution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
