Office Assistant [United Arab Emirates]


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain and organize office filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring documents are properly labeled and stored.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, order replenishments, and ensure proper storage and distribution.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED1,800.00 per month
