Office Secretary/Admin Assistant [Philippines]


 

QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in office administration or related field.

- Proficient in MS Office applications

- Amenable to work 9 hours a day

- Pleasing Personality

- Highly organized and detail-oriented

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion

- Answering incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department, and taking messages when necessary.

- Performing a variety of administrative tasks.

- Communicating with government agencies, specific (but not limited) to the following government agencies: Embassy, BIR, SEC, DTI, DOLE, LGU etc.

Other duties as assigned by the management

Salary: 18,000-20,000

Free Foods (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Location: Echelon Tower, A. Mabini Street, Malate, Manila.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
