Aufgaben
- As a team member, responsible for operations & continuous improvement of infrastructure solutions in the field of monitoring and managed file transfer technologies
- Responsible for engineering of custom solutions for our internal customers, by using various script languages & CLI interfaces
- Support automation of processes in order to create additional value for our internal customers
- Performing lifecycle tasks and hands-on software configuration
- Providing 7x24h pikett service for system management infrastructure
- Answering of general inquires (SPOC-Single Point of Contact)
