SGF Global is looking for a Business Analyst, for Oil & Gas enterprise in Barcelona, Venezuela
Requirements:

Responsabilities:
- Support in the preparation of Annual contracting plan and management presentation
- Initiating a contracting and Procurement process: Market analysis and should cost assessment; reviews scope of work and compensation schedule; supports obtaining from suppliers information for due diligence: HES / compliance / Information Protection and finance capabilities.
- Sourcing Process: support in the preparation of tender package; prepare assessment ana analysis for tender evaluation.
- Support in the contract and procurement assembly draft. Once contract is approved manage SCM system updates (catalog price, system approvals)
- Post Award contract process: Monitor contracts (spend, expiration dates, communications); Execute reports and spend trends.
