About the role: the main responsibility is to take care about our clients as about your friends. You will be a liaison between our clients (e-commerce/retail companies or manufacturers), customers who are common with our B2B clients, and fleet managers (people who are responsible for everything connected with drivers).

Recruitment process.
Step 1: Screening interview with a recruiter (30 min).
Step 2: Technical interview with Senior Customer Support and COO (60 min, eng/ukr).

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Taking care of maintaining and developing relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Routes design and control.
  • Maintaining contact and cooperation with other company departments in the field of transport orders.
  • Continuously communication and improvement of cooperation with clients.
  • Participation in organizing drivers’ schedules and shifts.
  • Daily registering problem cases (claims management) and informing/escalating to the internal team.
  • Client account management.
  • Cooperation with product team and API connection.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • 1+ years experience in logistics or e-commerce operations (customer support, account management, partner management).
  • You are empathic and communicate proactively, fast, and politely.
  • You are a confident user of MS Office & PC in general.
