About the role: the main responsibility is to take care about our clients as about your friends. You will be a liaison between our clients (e-commerce/retail companies or manufacturers), customers who are common with our B2B clients, and fleet managers (people who are responsible for everything connected with drivers).
Recruitment process.
Step 1: Screening interview with a recruiter (30 min).
Step 2: Technical interview with Senior Customer Support and COO (60 min, eng/ukr).

Responsibilities:
- Taking care of maintaining and developing relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Routes design and control.
- Maintaining contact and cooperation with other company departments in the field of transport orders.
- Continuously communication and improvement of cooperation with clients.
- Participation in organizing drivers’ schedules and shifts.
- Daily registering problem cases (claims management) and informing/escalating to the internal team.
- Client account management.
- Cooperation with product team and API connection.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.- 1+ years experience in logistics or e-commerce operations (customer support, account management, partner management).
- You are empathic and communicate proactively, fast, and politely.
- You are a confident user of MS Office & PC in general.
