Job Responsibilities:


Customer Assistance:


  • Assist customers with their inquiries related to gaming products, features, pricing, and compatibility.
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and gaming interests.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Sales Support:
