Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Set up and maintain user accounts and access levels
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution to IT-related problems
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and efficiency
- Document and maintain accurate records of IT support activities
Experience:
- Proven experience in providing IT support in an office environment
- Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow or similar ticketing system for incident management
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN technologies and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to diagnose and resolve computer hardware and software issues
- Experience in desktop support and software troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Remedy or similar IT service management tools is a plus
