Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle communications, prioritize tasks, and draft correspondence.
- Assist with research, data compilation, and decision-making support.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Maintain confidentiality and positive stakeholder relationships.
- Perform general administrative tasks and document organization.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Timings: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm
