Personal Assistant [Pakistan]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle communications, prioritize tasks, and draft correspondence.

  • Assist with research, data compilation, and decision-making support.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and document organization.
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Adaptability and strong interpersonal skills.

Location: A-13 Al-Hilal society KDA Scheme no.7 Karachi

Timings: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm

Working Days: Mon to Sat

Job Type: Full-time

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
