PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for the preparation and packaging of bread and other bakery products in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares cooking/baking elements including but not limited to cutting and washing ingredients.
- Cooks filling for specialty breads
- Cleans assigned work areas,
- Handles and stores raw and finished goods in compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices requirements.
- Operates assigned equipment and handles kitchen wares in accordance to standard operating procedures.
- Maintains recording of consumption of all inventories through the internal reporting systems, thereby reducing shrinkage and improving accountability.
- Actively participates in training events, particularly on the preparation and packaging of the food.
- Works with Food Safety Team on any concern related to Food Safety Management System
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 year of experience in Commissary or Bakery Operations
- At least High School or K-12 Graduate
- With basic cooking and food preparation skills
- Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety standards
- Working knowledge in Cleaning and Sanitation
- Willing to be based in Sahud-Ulan, Tanza, Cavite
