Production Crew [Philippines]


 

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for the preparation and packaging of bread and other bakery products in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares cooking/baking elements including but not limited to cutting and washing ingredients.

  • Cooks filling for specialty breads
  • Cleans assigned work areas,
  • Handles and stores raw and finished goods in compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices requirements.
  • Operates assigned equipment and handles kitchen wares in accordance to standard operating procedures.
  • Maintains recording of consumption of all inventories through the internal reporting systems, thereby reducing shrinkage and improving accountability.
  • Actively participates in training events, particularly on the preparation and packaging of the food.
  • Works with Food Safety Team on any concern related to Food Safety Management System
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 year of experience in Commissary or Bakery Operations
  • At least High School or K-12 Graduate
  • With basic cooking and food preparation skills
  • Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety standards
  • Working knowledge in Cleaning and Sanitation
  • Willing to be based in Sahud-Ulan, Tanza, Cavite
