To continue this path successfully, we aim to hire a Regional Manager IP&E (Interconnect, Passives, and Electromechanical) Nordic who will be owning, developing and driving an IP&E business within the region.
What you will be doing?
- Executing the vertical, marketing, engineering & sales strategy with the team for IM&E in EMEA.
- Proactive, profitable sales growth at IP&E.
- Working in a matrix with the vertical, regional sales and engineering managers to drive profitable sales and Market share growth.
- Driving EMEA key strategies within the Team.
- Drive IP&E Design Conversion through the Sales & Engineering Organization.
- Developing and implementing financial and logistics programs to enable sales to both win market share and improve our overall productivity.
- Implementing & executing EMEA supplier strategy and programs within the team and defining aligned regional strategies and programs to support this.
- Participating in European initiatives when applicable, influencing European Marketing and Engineering strategies.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in working with electronics products or technologies.
- Sales seniority: account territory management, delivery results, customer service.
- Knowledge and experience in working with IP&E.
- Experience in people management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and one of the Nordic languages.
- Analytical and planning skills.
