We are looking for an innovative and curious Service Development Manager to strengthen our Partnerships & New Business Opportunities (P&NBO), Property Services team

About the role:

As a Service Development Manager in P&NBO Property Services you will be growing our service partnership portfolio and developing new value-added service concepts that answer to the needs of our customers. You will participate in negotiating new potential service partnerships and you will manage and consistently evaluate existing partnerships and concepts. In close collaboration with Nordic colleagues, agile squads, and leaders, and together with existing and new partners, you will keep your ear to the ground and base your decisions on market and customer insight. You will lead your own development projects from idea to insight and implementation.

In the Partnerships & New Business Opportunities (P&NBO) unit you will be part of a team of 30 experienced partnership professionals across the Nordics, where the no. 1 aim is to create growth. You will have the opportunity to work with some of our biggest service partnerships like Anticimex and Viking, and most important innovation projects like Smart Safety and Home Care.

About you:

You are a natural networker who can get everybody on the team, and you lead your projects in a structured and efficient manner. You can grasp different markets and consumer trends easily, and you have an interest in tech and digital development.

You also have:

• a strong service design background or mindset
• proven skills within service- or product development
• an analytical approach and ability to pick up the relevant details in complex contexts
• a relevant University degree
• ability to work proficiently in English and fluency in at least one of the Nordic languages
