Job Purpose
· The purpose of the role is to support data analysis, maintain current dashboards, do data interpretation and create new Power BI dashboards for the teams upon request.
· Enable improvement in E2E supply chain systems by collecting data from ERP (JDE) System and multiple other data sources.
· Utilizing the supply chain and business data from multiple platforms quickly analyze to provide MI for decision making

· Support standardization, centralization of the demand and supply planning process for the ASPAC GSC.
Key Accountabilities
· Design and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data that includes, inventory, SLOBs, IFOT, Purchase to Pay, order to cash and logistics
· Review and analyze gathered data to locate areas of opportunity for improvement in the supply chain process and develop methods to improve
· Research information from various business systems to establish a data base that provides a regular MI on performance and opportunities for improvement and implement supply chain optimization projects
· Drive a positive image and inter-business relationship with sales, marketing and technology team
· Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain by reviewing current methodology and processes
· Supports the Supply Chain Team function by building key stakeholder relationship ensuring we understand what impacts them, and work on resolutions.
Job Holder Requirements
(Minimum education, experience & capabilities)
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in data analytics and more than 4-5 years of working experience in the same field
· Experience in design and development of data Network, data design, data analysis, Optimization Modelling
· APICS or MCIPS certification will be an added advantage
· Advanced certification in MS EXCEL, ACCESS base is essential
· Extensive knowledge and data extraction from JDE, SAP and other ERP systems is essential
Experience
· Experience analyzing and improving supply chain data, information and processes
· Supply Chain Management certification is not necessary though strongly preferred
· Good-level understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes
· Previous experience with supply chain processes strongly preferred
· Professional communication skills are essential
· Exceptional ability to conceptualize large-picture projects and foresee challenge and needs to be addressed
· Ability to research company data, vendor information and other large data to develop clear MI information helping decision making
· Experience working to improve all aspects of the supply chain by streamlining steps and locating the best prices for inventory
The person manager is looking for is as below;
- comfortable with numbers, may come from other industry but coming from supply chain will be an added advantage
- preferably have JDE ERP system experience
- able to extract data, manipulate data and create the dashboard - good communication skill as they need to present the data to leadership team dashboard
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
