Under the general direction of the BruinCard Supervisor, the incumbent administers the BruinCard Door Reader program for over 1200 active door readers, executing end-to-end process of door access configuration within the Transact system and liaises with campus partners to onboard new departments. Independently creates tickets via Service Now for technical troubleshooting and ensures door reader issues are completed within service guarantee timeframe. Generates metrics for management on all door reader activity.
Serves as primary contact for inquiries related to use of Transact system and related data. Autonomously works with campus departments to understand business use cases, generate requirements and present to management proposed uses of system. Liaise with BruinCard IT to execute changes upon approval. Coordinates annual Transact system upgrade, monitoring release notes and ensuring system is operating efficiently. Organizes and prioritizes service requests with support from BruinCard Supervisor.
