You will play a key role in growing Contract Logistics at Maersk and get hands-on experience in identifying business opportunities, driving growth opportunities, and partnering with leaders and sales owners – equipping them with Contract Logistics capabilities and knowledge. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work in a multi-cultural environment driven by values, customers, and people orientation. You will get to focus on creating valuable relations and work with high-performing teams in an environment where you will be valued, recognized, and rewarded.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Pro-actively seek and approach target customers, build connections and follow up on potential opportunities.
2. Work with department head to initiate BD strategy and design efficient process.
3. Work with department head to identify new business growing opportunities, develop new service products and standardize selling tools.
4. Lead communication with customers to understand business needs and work with solutions team to develop proper solution.
5. Lead RFP / RFI responses and help team members to lead RFP / RFI responses.
6. Contract negotiation with customers.
7. Communicate with operation / implementation team to hand over the solution after business awarded and analyze learnings post go-live.
8. Support Branding, Marketing activities and investigate market trend, industry trend.
9. Coaching team members and be responsible for team performance.
10. Take responsibility in some projects as assigned by department head from time to time.

We are looking for:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. 10 years and above working experience in logistics industry (3PL is must), with strong track record of winning.
3. Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
4. Preferably being familiar with industries of Apparel & Footwear, Cosmetics, Foods & Beverage or Healthcare, technology.
5. Strong skills of presentation and negotiation.
6. Strategic thinking.

10. Leadership skills.
11. Excellent English.
