Currently we are looking for:
Invoicing Assistant - (fixed-term contract - maternity cover)
Place of work: Brzesko or Bydgoszcz
Core responsibilities:
- Assistance in the daily tasks performance of Invoicing department.
- Issuing sales documents according to internal procedure and polish law.
- Cooperating with Accounting Department, Warehouses, Custom Agencies
- Support in preparing set of documents needed for custom clearance,
- Assisting with month-end closure processes
- Preparing of down payment invoice and settlement of advances from customer,
- Contact with customers
Requirements:
- University degree
- Good level of English ( B2 minimum)
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- Team player with good problem solving skills
- Experience in a similar position in an international environment beneficial
- SAP experience will be an advantage
