Your Career
As a Manager in our group, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, and building the backbone of our cutting-edge system, which is responsible for agentless workload protection. Your expertise will be essential in establishing a solid foundation using microservices, cloud-native technologies, and other innovative solutions. You will work on various cloud providers such as AWS, Azure and GCP, allowing scan and deploy of infrastructure to identify cyber threats, create a scalable, reliable, and high-performance infrastructure, implement and optimize various cloud services and platforms and drive the adoption of innovative technologies and industry best practices within the group.
Your Impact
- Drive a results-oriented culture with a strong focus on execution, quality, and speed
- Manage a team of 4-8 engineers
- Work closely with your team members through the entire development cycle (requirements, design, implementation)
- Work closely with product and QA teams to ensure all features are on track in time and with good quality
- Be a strong mentor and coach to the team
Your Experience
- BS/MS in Computer Science, other engineering/technical degree, MBA preferred or equivalent military experience required
- 4+ years of experience in highly technical roles in development or enterprise services, at large organizations or innovative startups
- 2+ years of experience in managing teams
- Hands on experience in the last 5 years
- Strong domain expertise in security, cloud infrastructure or SaaS
- Knowledge of cloud lifecycle deployment and automation frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with cloud-native technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, etc - Advantage

We help the customers in their journey to the public cloud by ensuring they have the best in class protection. The public cloud market has been growing at a very rapid rate for the last few years. As more and more enterprises leverage public cloud, there is an insatiable demand for securing workloads in public cloud.
