Purpose and Scope

As a People Operations Specialist, you will be vital in ensuring that we are compliant and our systems are updated. You will also be responsible for planning and implementing parts of our Yearly People Plan.

You will report to Anne Sofie Munk-Hansen, HR Manager at Veo Technologies, an engaging leader who will extend support combined with freedom and responsibility to perform your best.

This is a great opportunity for someone to enter the world of People Operations in an evident and impactful way.

Your primary focus will be

  • Providing high-quality pre-, on- and off-boarding tasks for all employees and ensuring 100% data accuracy in all systems.
  • Organizing the onboarding process, from gathering all required new hire forms to completing onboarding documents and requirements.
  • Effective administration of employee documentation throughout their Veo journey, including, but not limited to, contract management, leave management, visa checks, and job changes.
  • Create, update, and coordinate internal communications to support HR initiatives.
  • Maintain employee files to ensure compliance.
  • Keep HR Policies and procedures updated.
  • Perform tasks to establish and maintain employee payroll records.
  • Ensure operational processes, procedures, and policies are appropriately documented, kept up to date, and uploaded to the applicable systems.
  • Handling of reimbursements for illness, maternity, etc.
  • Coordination with our finance department regarding salary changes.
  • Answer employee inquiries and create a positive employee experience.
  • Actively participate in the ongoing redesign of HR Operations processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.

What we expect from you

  • You have a minimum of three years of experience working within HR/People
  • You are IT savvy
  • You can communicate concisely and fluently with people from all layers of the organization and all corners of the world.
  • You have good Danish and English language skills.
  • Organisation is your middle name: You prioritize, plan, and organize your work efficiently and timely, ensuring deadlines are achieved. Multitasking is not a problem; where not available, you set up processes and procedures to increase efficiency.
