Job Summary: As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling components, and ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our products. Your attention to detail, adherence to safety guidelines, and commitment to delivering high-quality work will contribute to our overall success.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Assemble components or products according to specifications, using hand tools or machinery.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet the required standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and guidelines accurately.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
