KONE LSS and Continual Improvement Office is a global organization responsible for Continual Improvement development and performance to create the best People Flow experience. We are now looking for
Program Digitalization Specialist
In this KONE wide important role you will support to develop and execute Lean and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) deployment and continual improvement transformation across the company.
This role is a fixed term position, lasting until September 2024.
Main responsibilities:
- Scope and prototype digital methods and tools for C.I. program progress and governance
- Work with wide network of stakeholders (operations, IT, Lean experts) to scope and conceptualize alternatives for digital tools and dashboard
- Contribute to C.I. maturity development by bringing data visualization and transparency to operational and governance routines (Lean Daily management, competence development, savings from projects etc.)
Requirements for the role:
- Analytical and structured thinking and working methods, data analysis experience on development projects or business reporting.
- Good working experience with modern IT/office development and productivity tools (MS Power Automation, Sharepoint, Power BI, VB, Python and others)
- Experience of developing small/mid-size office productivity apps
- Working experience with Qlik Analytics data modeling and report development
- Experience from data modeling and structuring between different IT systems in order to create reporting dashboards for various needs.
- Working experience of development with Agile methods from concept to new company routine, incl documentation and work instructions
- Basic knowledge of Lean/Lean Six Sigma principles and methods
- Fluent communication and documentation skills in English
- Capability to develop with international and wide stakeholder network
The position is preferably located in Espoo, Finland but also other major KONE location is possible.
