Purchasing Staff [Philippines]

The primary purpose of a purchasing staff is to source suppliers and ensure that the proper stock/inventory levels of the resort is fulfilled.

This include the following tasks:

  • Source suppliers
  • Compare supplier prices
  • Negotiate contract
  • Monitor inventory and place orders when needed.
  • Review quality of the ordered supplies.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of the supplies
  • Monitor lists of orders, suppliers, etc. in data base and update if needed.
  • Coordinate with Pasig office for costs, concerns and the likes related to suppliers and inventory

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of 4 years' course in any field
  • With 1 year experience in related field is required for this position
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to relocate in Boracay, Aklan

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Boracay: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
