As a sales team leader for a credit card and bank loan division, your responsibilities will be similar to those of a general sales team leader, but with a focus on financial products and services. Here are some specific aspects of your role:

1. Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets for bank products, such as loans, savings accounts, and investment products, as well as credit card acquisition goals.

2. Providing specialized training to the team on financial products, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.

3. Monitoring and evaluating the team's performance in promoting and selling banking and credit card products.

4. Developing sales strategies tailored to the bank and credit card offerings, taking into account market trends and customer needs.

5. Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure effective product launches and promotions.

6. Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and ethical practices during sales processes.

7. Handling escalated customer inquiries or complaints related to bank and credit card services.

8. Analyzing data related to customer acquisition, retention, and sales performance to make data-driven decisions.

9. Recruiting and onboarding new sales team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote financial products effectively.

10. Reporting to higher management on sales performance, market trends, and strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
