Duties
- Security of Premises for clients
- Provide a visible security presence providing assistance as required
- Ensure clients premises are secure as directed in Site Operational Procedures (SOP)
- Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures and check and notify relevant people of any variations
- Manage faults and inconsistencies according to local procedures
- Complete all required documentation clearly, concisely and on time
- Pass on end of shift information to oncoming staff.
- Nightly mobile patrols of site
- Locking and securing of site
Desired attributes, skills and knowledge
- NSW Security License 1AC
- VIC Security License Guard and Crowd Control
- First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children’s Checks NSW & VIC
- Valid Driver’s License

Words will never be able to express just how amazing our team are and continue to be.
During 2021 they:
- covered shifts when COVID craziness struck and clients needed guard 30 minutes ago
- covered shifts for each other to allow colleagues to spend special occasions together with family when the opportunity arose
- delivered coffee to each other when someone came in and ended up with a longer than planned shift
- made sure that all the normal services were provided without missing a beat (and believe us, with some of the border closures, this was no easy task)
- manned phones from anywhere needed as we couldn’t be in the office
The biggest and most wonderful part!
They laughed and joked with each other and made coming to work, making a call to them, or working together an enjoyable and pleasurable experience, even if some of them have an “unusual” sense of humour .
While the world had it’s ups and downs, our people just got the job done and without protest, complaint, or issue.
That’s why our people are our lifeblood.
