Senior Client Manager (f/m/d)


Within this position, your primary responsibility will revolve around selling OpenText Professional Services and serving Nordic (especially Swedish) clients who have been specifically assigned to you. You will oversee all aspects related to Professional Services, including the sale and delivery of various services. These services involve implementing OpenText product-based solutions and helping with custom solutions through development and support.


You are great at

  • Serving as the main point of contact for new business opportunities
  • Establishing strong relationships with our Sales team to ensure consulting involvement in sales opportunities.
  • Driving the growth and development of our services business by driving business development activities, strategizing, and determining the approach.
  • Taking the lead in scoping and negotiating service contracts with clients and external suppliers


What it takes

  • University degree with relevant working experience in the software industry
  • Strong track record of selling Professional Services
  • Minimum of two years prior experience in closing and overseeing engagements of at least $2 million in annual fees.
  • Proficiency in developing services accounts across various industry sectors.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English languages is a must
  • Strong interpersonal skills with being able to work in a self-sufficient manner
  • Flexibility to travel as necessary to customers and internal meetings.
  • A Project Management Professional Certification is an asset.
