We are currently looking for a
Service Delivery Engineer
for Customer Operations within Denmark. The qualified candidates will be responsible to deliver technical products and support to our customers by providing corrective, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting services. The position is office based and will be part of a bigger international team. We deliver our services all over Denmark and we also support our Nordic & Northern European neighbours when needed. You will report to the Service Delivery Manager for Denmark. The position entails 60-70% (depending on personal location) travelling.
What you will do
- Establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
- Handle their technical support queries, and follow-up on their concerns and/or problems.
- Perform scheduled maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure equipment reliability.
- Carry out the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, and control systems.
- Manage installations of Upgrade kits and Solution kits which requires a solid experience in automation.
- Troubleshoot existing PLMS systems for connectivity issues and correct or send away for corrections.
- Manage documentation related to activities.
We believe you have
- At least 5 year’s experience in Technical Services environment.
- Self-driven mentality and independent personality with the ability to work autonomous or in 2-3 man teams.
- High level of analytical problem-solving methodology,
- Solid understanding of PLC’s, RS Studio 5000, RS Linx, RS Networks, as part of skill set for trouble shooting and upgrade implementation.
- Perform overhauling of mechanical and electrical equipment (Maintenance work).
- You possess good English skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in using MS Office tools.
- You are willing to travel 60-70% of your working time.
- You have a result & quality driven attitude.
- You enjoy and can manage working in stressful situations.
- You can communicate clearly and effectively on different levels in an international organization and are used to building and maintaining long term relations with internal and external stakeholders.
