HR Recruiter [United Arab Emirates]


 

Post listings for open employee positions, filter, select and process hiring paperwork. Identify openings and coordinate with the rest of the HR team / HR Manager for hiring manpower and staff. Conduct orientation programs for newly joined employees.

Responsibilities:

-Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements.

-Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.

-Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.

  • Coordinate with relevant HR personnel, management for identifying needs for new positions / employees in the organization.
  • Crosscheck manpower requirements with relevant HR Person.
  • Report to HR Manager for filtration stage of candidates and scheduling of interviews.
  • Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
  • Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications.
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
  • Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills; assess personality if only specific designation has this requirement.
  • Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
  • Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants.
  • Review and evaluate applicant qualifications or eligibility for specified licensing, according to established guidelines and designated licensing codes.
  • Evaluate recruitment or selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, or testing standards, recommending revisions, as needed.
  • Coordinate with outside staffing agencies to secure temporary employees, based on departmental needs.
  • Evaluate selection or testing techniques by conducting research or follow-up activities and conferring with management or supervisory personnel.
  • Monitor recruitment and selection platforms and if sponsored, report about their budget.

Requirements:

  • 5 years experience as a HR Recruiter
  • UAE experience and visa
  • Construction industry experience.
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Any accreditation related to Human Resources / Human Capital is a plus
  • Problem-solving and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and fill openings quickly.
  • Assessing abilities for needed position / hiring strategies.
