Job Description: As our Marketing Manager and valued Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our faith-based apparel brand. We are seeking an experienced marketing professional who is not only passionate about our mission but also interested in taking an equity stake in our business. Compensation will include a negotiable percentage of total sales.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Campaigns: Create and manage effective digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, and other relevant channels. Develop strategies to maximize ROI and drive traffic, conversions, and sales.

Email and SMS Marketing: Implement and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns, focusing on customer engagement, retention, and conversion optimization.

Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our brand vision and goals. This includes defining target audiences, positioning, and messaging strategies.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and customer behaviour. Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts and improve overall performance.

Brand Awareness: Create and implement initiatives to increase brand awareness within our target audience. Explore collaborations, partnerships, and influencer marketing opportunities.

Customer Acquisition and Retention: Develop strategies to acquire new customers while also focusing on customer retention and loyalty programs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in generating sales through ecommerce platforms, with a strong understanding of the ecommerce landscape.
  • Experience in creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising and organic growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and optimise campaign performance.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as you will work closely with the founding team.
