Normet is looking for a seasoned marketing professional that has extensive experience in technology brand building, key decision maker marketing marketing, event management and marketing communication over the various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in hands-on work within key stakeholder marketing or growth marketing.
The Marketing Manager will be a part of a Normet’s global Marketing team, but focusing on Rambooms (Lahti, Finland) and Aliva (Widen, Switzerland) offering ranges. Position is based in Lahti Finland.
From marketing strategy to communication execution, you love to think strategically while getting your hands dirty. You have exceptional communication and project management skills to bring together all of our marketing stakeholders such as product owners, marketing specialists, brand strategists and our external partners.
Main responsibilities and tasks

Build a clear marketing vision and strategy for Aliva and Rambooms offering and brands

Drive business growth by designing and executing holistic, integrated marketing plans in close collaboration with other marketing stakeholders and teams.

Design global marketing Goals and KPIs for all campaigns in close alignment with other marketing stakeholders .

Develop a deep understanding of the relevant technologies, applications and business, incl. existing features, product roadmap, and applications. Coordinate global marketing efforts and drive alignment with the product and business goals.

Collaborate with Marketing Analytics and Business & Operations stakeholders to analyze campaign performance and apply learnings to inform future marketing campaigns for constant performance improvement.

Strong experience in marketing, brand management, or equivalent roles in the technology industry, IT, or consumer products industry.

Experience in growth marketing / influencer marketing on a regional or global level.

A strategic mindset to develop a marketing vision. Excellence in execution to bring ideas to life and a strong analytical eye and attention to detail.

Willingness to take risks and drive innovation with the right combination of logic and intuition-based thinking.

Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English are a must. Fluency or proficiency in other languages is a plus.

You will be working closely with Kari Hämäläinen, Executive Vice President, Strategic Business Development. The position is permanent and full-time, and requires some travelling. The primary location of this position is Lahti, but we have flexibility with working arrangements.
