What you will do:

1. 報價文件與談判:
  • 為投標階段準備全面的文件,包括提案和演示文件,展示我們服務的優勢和價值
  • 整理和組織分包商和第三方的成本詢價
  • 為客戶準備準確且具有競爭力的報價,考慮每個項目的具體要求
  • 巧妙地與客戶談判條款和價格,展示對服務及其好處的深刻理解
2. 項目支援:
  • 在項目執行階段積極支援,確保滿足並超越客戶的需求
  • 與跨職能團隊合作,確保項目協調和執行的順利進行
3. 銷售策略與營銷(主要針對數位服務/ 運輸):
  • 制定並實施有效的營銷計劃和策略,以增加現有客戶基礎中的銷售量
  • 在當前市場環境中識別並利用業務增長機會
4. 客戶關係管理:
  • 培養與客戶的良好關係,迅速有效地處理他們的查詢和疑慮
  • 提供卓越的客戶服務,成為與服務相關事宜的可靠聯絡點
6. 持續改進:
  • 為銷售流程、文件和客戶互動策略的持續改進作出貢獻
  • 保持對行業趨勢和發展的了解,以增強銷售工作的效果
What we are looking for:

1. 大學以上學歷
2. 3年以上售後服務或資訊服務業務經驗
3. 具英文溝通能力佳
4. 具自控資訊物聯網技能佳
5. 孰悉運輸業客戶佳
