Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Watersports Instructor to lead and guide our clients in various watersports activities. The Watersports Instructor will be responsible for teaching and ensuring the safety of participants, while creating a fun and engaging experience on the water. This role requires expertise in watersports, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Instruct Watersports Activities: Teach clients how to safely participate in a range of watersports activities, such as kayaking, paddleboarding, windsurfing, and more.
Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce strict safety measures and protocols to ensure the well-being of participants and prevent accidents or injuries.
Equipment Management: Inspect and maintain watersports equipment, ensuring that all gear is in good condition and properly stored.
Client Orientation: Provide thorough pre-activity orientations to clients, explaining safety procedures, equipment usage, and any specific guidelines for each watersport.
Demonstrate Techniques: Demonstrate watersports techniques and skills, offering guidance and support to clients as they practice and improve.
Assist Clients: Offer assistance and support to clients during watersports activities, ensuring they have a positive and enjoyable experience.
Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies or accidents on the water, following established safety and rescue procedures.
Client Engagement: Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, addressing questions, providing encouragement, and enhancing their overall experience.
Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of client participation, safety incidents, and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Watersports Instructor or equivalent relevant qualifications.
- Strong swimming skills and proficiency in multiple watersports activities.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with individuals and groups of varying ages and skill levels.
- Safety-conscious and vigilant, with the ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Customer-focused with a passion for watersports and outdoor activities.
- Physical fitness and endurance to participate in watersports activities and assist clients when needed.
- Prior experience as a Watersports Instructor is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
