PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES


The External Workforce Centre is the team responsible for all “non employees workers” at SAP. It’s a big workforce of over 40,000 workers. As with other global organizations external workers are a vital part of SAP’s business and the SAP External Workforce Management Office has been created to drive excellence in SAP’s External Workforce operations, processes and associated technologies.
We are looking for a Process Design and Business Consultation Lead to design End to End processes for External Workforce Management and manage associated process change within both major transformation and BAU activities.
The role will combine a high level of business consultation and a comfort with systems most notably Fieldglass. The Process Experience Management Lead will work to ensure SAP’s needs for external workforce are delivered via effective and efficient processes committing SAP to be BEST RUN.
You will be collaborating with other global leads in finance, procurement, HR and IT together with business stakeholders to deliver on business needs by.


REPSONSIBILITIES


BUSINESS CONSULTATION AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT


  • Customer focused consultative approach – seeks to understand the business operations and needs, assess impact of change and to deliver effective solutions to the business.
  • Responsible for reviewing requests for improvement/change on existing systems or processes. Including prioritisation, cost allocation and effort vs reward analysis.


PROCESS IMPROVEMENT


  • Review of the process SAP have for the procurement and hiring of non permanent workers. SOW, Self Employed Workers, Temps and Systems only users.
  • Is the SME across the external workforce processes particularly focusing on ease of use by business and HR components.
  • Follows market trends and innovation translating into opportunities to drive value for SAP.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


  • Strong influencing and communication skills - maturity to interact with senior business leaders in the organization, develop strong relationships and (where required) to resolve issues or challenges as they arise.
  • Ability to learn and assimilate information quickly including how systems / technology are used in a process.
  • Strong business acumen with appreciation for how commercial, finance, procurement, HR and compliance topics interact within a large organisation.
  • Aptitude for collaboration in cross functional environment.
  • Excellent English language skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to think creatively and solve unstructured problems.

Compensation Range Transparency
: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 40,000-82,300 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
