Hitachi Rail is looking for 2 enthusiastic self-motivated Associate Project Support who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Panama City, Panama.

Accountabilities
- Ensure analysis and records of Project documents and Contract administration (providing analysis, keeping records…)
- Ensure the preparation of Letters or reporting for the Project Ensure the management of Project document control in the project
- Ensure the management of Project document control in the project share point Ensure Work in progress and accounts payable reporting and analysis
Skills & Knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree and PM Certification or Equivalent Technical Background
- Form 0 up to 3 years expertise in the role -
- Project Scope Management
- Project Time Management
- Project Quality Management
- Project Communications Management
