Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the bank's management and sales teams to establish effective bancassurance partnerships.
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve insurance sales targets and objectives within the banking channels.
- Stay updated on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Ensure bank staff are well-informed about insurance offerings.
- Train and educate bank staff on insurance products, sales techniques, and best practices.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks. Provide regular market feedback to improve product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to bancassurance activities.
- Analyze sales data, key performance indicators, and metrics to assess performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve sales goals. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on bancassurance performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- 3 - 5 years relevant bancassurance experience
- CMFAS (Module 5, 9, 9A, HI) preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Good stakeholders management skills
