Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the bank's management and sales teams to establish effective bancassurance partnerships.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve insurance sales targets and objectives within the banking channels.
  • Stay updated on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Ensure bank staff are well-informed about insurance offerings.
  • Train and educate bank staff on insurance products, sales techniques, and best practices.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks. Provide regular market feedback to improve product offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to bancassurance activities.
  • Analyze sales data, key performance indicators, and metrics to assess performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve sales goals.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on bancassurance performance, challenges, and opportunities.



Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline
  • 3 - 5 years relevant bancassurance experience
  • CMFAS (Module 5, 9, 9A, HI) preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good stakeholders management skills
