Front Desk - Overnight [United States]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer's questions and solve problems.
  • Schedule reservations.
  • Assign rooms to guests.
  • Answer hotel phone using a pleasant tone of voice.
  • Fully familiarize yourself with the hotel's amenities and services.
  • Know how to assist customers with problems related to dry cleaning, laundry, room service, faxing, or other services the hotel provides.
  • Do some basic math while working quickly.
  • Be on time to work every day.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
