LOCATION

This position is located at our property Amanzoe in Kranidi, Greece.


POSITION OVERVIEW

While we are open to applications from international candidates, we ask that you already possess the right to live and work in Greece without the need for a company-supported work permit.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the direction of the Housekeeping M, the incumbent will Report and work directly under the supervision of the Executive Housekeeper in coordinating and ensuring a smooth administrative and communication flow in the housekeeping department. The candidate will provide clerical service to the Housekeeping Department by preparing various reports, work schedules, requisitions and other related matter; will maintain stock taking records, and will service guests’ requests.

You will promote the desired work culture around the core values of Integrity, Respect, Loyalty, Communication, Empowerment & ‘The Philosophy’ of Amanresorts and the brand ethos.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication & IT skills and must be multi-tasked oriented and flexible.

QUALIFICATIONS

You will likely already possess experience of at least 2 years in a similar position either in a 5* hotel or in the Housekeeping Department. Knowledge of MS Office and especially Excel is mandatory. A Hospitality Degree from a certified school in Greece or abroad would be desirable. Excellent written and verbal Greek and English communication skills and working knowledge of Opera or Fidelio are required. Strong interpersonal abilities are essential for this role.
