Human Resources & Admin Intern [Malaysia]


 

Job Description :

The job requires you to:

  • Perform end-to-end recruitment function.
  • Assist employees in handling entry procedures and entry arrangements.
  • Prepare employees’ daily attendance and leave records.
  • Understand domestic and foreign labor laws.
  • Assist in the organisation and planning of company cultural events.
  • Assist and provide day to day operational support or ad-hoc support for the administrative Department.
  • Responsible for office stationery and pantry necessities.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Participating in audits and policy updates.

Job Requirement :

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Only applicate for students with a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field, (Candidates in their final semester are most welcomed!)
  • Good command of both English and Mandarin;
  • Internship period must be minimum of 3 months and above preferred;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines with minimal advice.
  • Good organisational skills & time management.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: RM500.00 - RM1,300.00 per month
