  • You are proficient in Italian
  • You are proficient in English (C1)
  • You have excellent communication skills, good presentation, and are empathetic
  • You are able to work on a shift system
  • You have good MS Office skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers personalities
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently.
  • Previous experience in customer service

  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide solutions for customers' inquiries
  • By using the correct methods, provide accurate, valid and complete information.
  • Meet customer service team targets and call handling quotas
