The Position…


LDB Greece is looking for a Sales Analyst to join the commercial team and help shaping the future of the Beauty shopping experience in the fastest growing retail channel.

You will work closely with the Sales Leadership team transforming data into actionable insights and collaborating with appropriate functions based on the Commercial, Brands Finance and Supply chain priorities. You will be responsible for analyzing various data sources to help decision makers to drive business activity.


Reporting to the Sales Manager LDB, you will be responsible for building and organize a solid data and reporting activity to provide with up-to-date information to help the teams supporting and develop long-term growth strategy for the LDB Beauty portfolio on all channels of distribution.


You will…


  • Be the Division Data Champion for Commercial Data:
    ensure data sources quality (incl data received from clients, such as chains and Online players) and be the link to the CDMO Data team
  • Be the Key User of Reporting tools: BOOST & SFA.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards (PowerBi), and reports to monitor key performance indicators
  • Shape and disseminate analyses and syntheses to help decision makers to drive business activity at different level of granularity: Daily Sales report, Sales Book, Customers Rebates, Commercial Productivity, Stock equation, Sales Territories definition etc. at O+O level.
  • Define and monitor Sales targets for commercial roles and monitor targets of marketing activities, e.g. placement, no of shelves, distribution opening etc.
  • Build the report for the Cycle Bonus (Primes) of commercial team.
  • Drive Sales Meeting on weekly basis to monitor the monthly progress on the Key Commercial activities. Responsible to consolidate Channel Managers monthly forecasts.
  • Follow up Trade Rebates file and help Sales Administrator to generate Customers Contracts based on it.
  • Be Responsible for IQVIA Regional Analysis & Distribution studies.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making and go-to-market efforts.
  • Build a deep intelligence and strong network with key stakeholders within Division, Cross divisional and within the Group.
  • Collaborate and coach stakeholders to define their data needs based on business objectives. Provide solutions and training of being efficient on using reporting tools so they can cover their data activities. Therefore filtering multiple requests on keeping building different reports is a must to focus on the main challenges of the role.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
  • Communicate effectively and present/depict outcomes of the findings succinctly and clearly to stakeholders. Passion for data visualization is a MUST.

Excellent analytical skills. Expert in Xcel and Power BI.

Capacity to synthetize data and communicate effectively

BA degree/and master’s degree

2-3 years of experience in Business or Commercial analytics/reporting role

Proficient English communication skills (written & verbal)
