The successful candidate should possess;
· Passion for working in customer service
· Ability to operate in accordance with Company policies, procedures and Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations
· Capability, to manage cash and payment transactions accurately
· Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
· Ability to work as part of a team or individually to deliver quality standards
· Positive attitude and Excellent verbal communication
· Ability to clean all catering/bar equipment, appliances, floors, surfaces and store rooms in accordance with cleaning schedules
· Complete working knowledge of the relevant aspects of stock taking procedure
· Skills to know and demonstrate correct use of cleaning products
· Capability to ensure the correct rotation of all stock (displayed and stored) and apply the “first in first out” (FIFO) principle
