Aspire Global Solutions is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in the dynamic and fast-paced world of Online Food Delivery. As a CSR, your primary responsibility is to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers as they order food online. Your role will encompass a variety of essential tasks to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate assistance to customers via phone, chat, or email regarding their food orders, deliveries, and any inquiries they may have.
  • Order Management: Efficiently process food orders, including order placement, tracking, cancellations, and modifications. Ensure all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues related to food quality, delivery, billing, or other order-related matters. Strive for first-contact issue resolution whenever possible.
  • Menu Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the menus, delivery areas, and policies of our partner restaurants. Help customers choose the right food options and provide recommendations when necessary.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Assist customers with technical issues they may encounter on our online platform or mobile app. Provide guidance on how to use the platform effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
