About the role:
The Primary & Community Health Manager is responsible for leadership, as well as managing the delivery of a range of comprehensive high quality nursing and multi-disciplinary Primary & Community Health Services, whilst meeting the health needs of the community in alignment with identified strategic directions, and principles of Primary Care.

Where you’ll be working:
The role manages a diverse community based multidisciplinary team of nurses allied health and administration staff and is based at Orange Health Service, Bloomfield campus.
