Job Description
This is a remote position.
Main Resposibilities:
- Planning and execution of manual software tests.
- Participation in the development team working in Scrum – planning work, proposing
- Interesting solutions, testing increments, presenting solutions, collecting feedback, extracting
- Conclusions and continuous improvement.
- Preparation and maintenance of test scenarios at UAT.
- Cooperation with developers and analysts in the area of testing to obtain a high quality product
Requirements
- Experience in testing business systems (minimum 4 years of commercial experience).
- Experience in business user support (help desk support).
- Experience in testing increments given in sprints (work in Scrum).
- Ability to create test scenarios/test cases according to best practices.
- Meticulousness, accuracy and care for the quality of the results.
- Knowledge of relational databases, ability to write SQL queries.
Higher education (graduated Master’s degree) – preferred in IT.

Nice to have:
- Certificates or documented training in the area of Quality Assurance (e.g. ISTQB).
- Experience gained as a tester in the leasing or banking industry.
- Knowledge of bug tracking and project management tools: JIRA or Azure DevOps (formerly TFS).
- Basic knowledge of test automation (preferably Selenium WebDriver and C#) – desire to develop in that direction.
- Knowledge of Performance Testing Area – K6 Tool and JavaScript
